By accessing Digicue Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Description of Service
Digicue Solutions acts as a facilitator connecting customers with third-party service professionals for home maintenance. While we verify professionals, the actual service contract is between the user and the professional.
3. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information (address and contact details).
- You must ensure a safe environment for the service professional at the service location.
- Payments must be settled as per the agreed rates upon completion of the service.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within [X] hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a nominal fee. Refunds for unsatisfactory service are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support channel.
5. Limitation of Liability
Digicue Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the conduct of service professionals. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid by the user.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam/Angamaly.
